Giovanni Capo was born in Cava dei Tirreni (SA), on march, 11, 1967. He graduated in law from the University of Salerno on 29/09/1989, with a score of 110 cum laude, with a thesis in Private Law entitled "Franchising and distribution models." E 'professor of "Business Law" at the University of Salerno, Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, the academic year 2002-2003. From 1990-1991 he conducts research in the field of commercial and civil law. He received his PhD in Law at the University of Catania in 1995, with a thesis entitled "Evolutionary trends of the discipline of business contracts". In the years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, he held teaching modules of Commercial Law at the School of specialization for the legal professions "L. Migliorini "University of Perugia. It has been responsible for the research unit established at the University of Salerno in the framework of the research project of national interest (PRIN) on "The reform of the bankruptcy law to the test of the crisis," admitted co-financing of the Ministry of ' Universities and Scientific Research in the financial year 2009. Member of the Academic Senate at the same university until 2013.
