Objectives
THE COURSE ILLUSTRATES THE MATTER OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW (BETTER SPECIFIED IN THE CONTENTS / PROGRAM) IN ITS ARTICULATIONS OF THE FIRM'S LAW, CORPORATE LAW, THE REGULATIONS OF CORPORATE CONTRACTS, DEBT SECURITIES AND INSOLVENCY.
THE COURSE AIMS TO ENABLE STUDENTS ACQUIRE:
1) KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING AND ANALYSIS OF THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF COMMERCIAL LAW - CORPORATE AND ESPECIALLY - THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO DEVELOP AND / OR APPLY ORIGINAL IDEAS, EVEN IN THE CONTEXT OF RESEARCH IN THE SPECIFIC SECTOR;
2) ABILITY TO APPLY THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND SKILLS IN SOLVING PROBLEMS AND ISSUES OF COMMERCIAL LAW, WITHIN BROADER CONTEXTS RELATED TO THE FIELD OF STUDY OF LEGAL SCIENCE.

Verification of learning
ORAL FINAL TEST TO VERIFY THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES.
THE VERIFICATION PROCEDURES ARE ADEQUATE TO ENSURE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES. CONSTITUTE THE ESTABLISHED EVALUATION CRITERIA: 1) ABILITY TO ARTICULATELY EXPOSE AND COMPREHENSIVE ON SPECIFIC SUBJECTS; 2) ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH COMMAND OF LANGUAGE AND CLARITY, FOR BOTH SPECIALIST AND NON-SPECIALIST, THE KNOWLEDGE GAINED IN THE FIELD AND THE RATIONALE BEHIND THE LEGISLATION, AND TO PROPOSE SOLUTIONS; 3) LEARNING ABILITY OF MATTER THAT ALLOWS TO CONTINUE STUDYING THE SAME AUTONOMOUSLY; 4) ABILITY TO SYSTEMATICALLY CONNECT THE OBJECT OF GOVERNING INSTITUTIONS; 5) THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE KNOWLEDGE AND HANDLE COMPLEXITY, AND FORMULATE JUDGMENTS BASED ON LIMITED OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION.
COURSE STUDENTS CAN TAKE SOME MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS THAT CONSIST IN WRITTEN OR ORAL TESTS. THESE OPPORTUNITIES ARE CREATED TO ANALYZE, AND EVENTUALLY CORRECT, THE STUDENT'S METHOD OF STUDYING IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE GROWTH OF CRITICAL FACULTIES ON THE SUBJECTS STUDIED DURING THE COURSE. VERIFICATIONS ARE OPTIONAL AND NOT BINDING FOR THE FINAL EXAM; THEY DEPEND ON ORGANISATIONAL FACTORS AND ON THE INTEREST SHOWN BY COURSE STUDENTS. THE NUMBER AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THESE VERIFICATIONS WILL BE DETERMINED DURING THE COURSE.
