I am assistant professor at Department of Economics and Statistics at University of Salerno since 2008. I teach Microeconomics, Empirical Labour Economics (English) and Business Theory. in June 2013 I've got the mPhil in Economics at ISER (University of Essex, UK). Thesis title: Household formation and dissolution, in June 2005 I've got the Phd in Public Economics at the Department of Economics and Statistics (Dises - University of Salerno, Italy). Thesis title: "Poverty: theory and empirical evidence". in July 2002 I've got the Master of Science in Economics and Finance (MEF) - Federico II - Universtiy of Naples, Italy. in July 2000; I've got the Master in Economics, Institutions and Development of Southern Italy (MEIS) -Sichelgaita (Social end Economic Studies Institute) Salerno, Italy. I graduated in Dec 1999: Laurea (BSc) in Political Science (University of Salerno, Italy) 110/110 cum laude et mentione.
My research interests focus on labour economics, living arrangment with particular reference to leaving home decision of young Italians and their poverty status after leaving. Focus on income inequality within the family: who support whom? Family economics with particular emphasis on household decision making within the famly in developed and developing countries.
