Mariassunta IMBRENDA Curriculum

Graduated with honors in 1991 in Law from L.U.I.S.S. - Guido Carli of Rome, in 2006 obtained with honors the specialization diploma in Civil Law at the University of Camerino. Fellow (1997-2000) of the PhD in Civilistic Problems of the Person XII cycle - University of Salerno. In 2001 he achieved the title of PhD with excellence by discussing a thesis entitled "Control in patrimonial situations". In the same year, after having been a contract professor of private law institutions in the Faculty of Economics of the University of Calabria, he took on the role of Associate Professors for the SSD IUS/01 of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Calabria. Salerno, where he taught private law until 2016 (didactic area in business economics - curriculum in economics and business management). In the various three-year, specialist and master's degree courses of the same Faculty, it is also responsible for teaching business contract law, user and consumer law, information and network law, transport law, antitrust law and of intangible assets Banking and insurance contract law. Confirmed in 2004 in the role of Associates, she achieved in 2010 (procedure announced in 2008 by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Cassino), with a unanimous judgement, the suitability as 1st level professor for the SSD IUS/ 01.

From 2013 to 2022 he is in the role of Full Professors - SSD IUS/01 - at the Department of Legal Sciences (School of Law) of the University of Salerno, covering the teachings of Civil Law (aa.aa. 2015-16/ 2020-21) and Private Law Institutions (academic year 2021-22).

Since 1 October 2022 he has joined the DISA MIS of the same University, where he teaches Private Law.

He also holds from the a.y. 2019-20, teaching of regulations and agri-food markets in the Mediterranean area, at the Degree Course in Agriculture, Department of Pharmacy of the University of Salerno.

He also taught Vitivinicultural Legislation (SSD IUS/13) in the Degree Course in Viticulture and Oenology of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Basilicata (a.y. 2002-03/2005-06), as well as in the II level Master in "Viticulture and oenology" (1st and 2nd edition) of the same University.

She was a professor at the School of Specialization in Civil Law - University of Camerino (aa.aa. 2006-07/2015-16), as well as a PhD in "Legal relations between community and constitutional principles and internationalization of the market", at the University of Salerno (aa.aa. 2004-05/2009-10); and - from the 1st edition - of the "Wine business" university specialization course of the University of Salerno.

First member of the teaching body of the Doctorate in "Civil problems of the person", based at the University of Sannio, and subsequently of the Doctorates based at the University of Salerno in "Legal relations between community and constitutional principles and market internationalization" ( 2004-2010); in "International law and domestic law in international matters: Public Ethics, Person, Stakeholders and CSR (Coprorate Social Responsibility)" (2010-2014); and “Legal Sciences” (2019-23), starting from the academic year. 2022-23, he is a member of the teaching body of the Doctorate in "Data Science, Accounting & Management" at DISA MIS.

Scientific manager of the Observatory in "Contract, Market, Technological Innovation" (CoMIt) based at DISA -MIS.

Accredited trainer in civil-commercial mediation at the Ministry of Justice (Ministerial Decree 12 May 2008).

Member of the scientific committee and teacher of the specialization course "The civil and commercial mediator" pursuant to Legislative Decree. lgs. n. 28/2010, established at the University of Salerno - Accredited training body.

Scientific component of Concilia s.p.a. and teacher of the related refresher courses in civil and commercial mediation.

Co-director of the scientific magazine “Le Corti salernitane”. Member of the scientific committee of the magazine 'À "Review of civil law"; of the scientific journals "The law of Agriculture", "Rivista Giuridica del Molise e del Sannio"; of the “Environment and Market” series published by ESI - Naples.

Referee for “Family and personal law” and for the “Notariat Law” series published by Cacucci – Bari.

VQR Auditor - Area 12 (2004-2010), (2011-2014) and (2015-2019).

Since 2003 he has been an ordinary member of Sisdic (Italian Society of Civil Law Scholars).

Honorary member of AMI (Italian matrimonial lawyers association).

Member of the Instituto de Derecho Iberoamericano.

Scientific manager and member of research groups (Farb and Prin) on various civil issues.

From 2019 to 2022 he is a member of the Third Sector Commission of the National Council of Notaries. He is currently a member of the Civil Studies Commission of the National Council of Notaries.

Author and editor of numerous publications, including international ones, on various civil law topics - including the monographic works "Control and reporting in patrimonial situations" (Esi, 2001); “Financial leasing. Functional trilaterality and relationship balance” (Esi, 2005); “Contractual relationships in the agri-food market” (Esi, 2016) – preferring, lastly, links with digital technologies.

He is a member of the University Commission "Patents, Spin Offs and Technology Transfer".
