Objectives
ACQUISITION OF THE BASIC LEGAL KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITY THROUGH THE LENS OF SUSTAINABILITY AND IN LIGHT OF THE RENEWED ROLE THAT, ON THE BASIS OF SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES, AGRICULTURE IS TODAY CALLED TO PERFORM. AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT WILL HAVE DEVELOPED SKILLS IN THE INTERPRETATION OF THE PRINCIPLES, RULES AND POLICIES OF THE MEDITERRANEAN AGRO-FOOD MARKET, ACCOMPANIED BY THE AWARENESS OF THE PLURAL DIMENSION OF THE SOURCES.

THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE WILL BE:
- THE MOST SIGNIFICANT INSTITUTES OF AGRICULTURAL LAW: CONTRACTS, PRE-EMPTION, AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEUR;
- THE AGRI-FOOD BUSINESS IN ITS VARIOUS ASPECTS - BUSINESS AND MARKET, CONSUMER PROTECTION, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND RURAL TERRITORY - AND WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE APPLICATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES.

THE MAIN SKILLS WILL BE:
- THE BASIC LEGAL SKILLS FOR MANAGING PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- THE ACQUISITION OF METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS FOR AUTONOMOUSLY UPDATING AND DEEPENING THE SKILLS ACQUIRED.
Prerequisites
FULL MASTERING OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE AS A KNOWLEDGE OF THE TERMS AND TECHNICAL BUILDINGS ADAPTED TO EXPOSURE AND UNDERSTANDING IN THE LEGAL FIELD

- PLURAL SYSTEM OF THE SOURCES OF AGRICULTURAL LAW. THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY. EURO-MEDITERRANEAN RELATIONS. INTERNATIONAL AGRIFOOD TRADE (10 HOURS).
- DISCIPLINE OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE (ARTICLE 2135 OF THE CIVIL CODE). FARMER. AGRICULTURAL PRE-EMPTION. AGRICULTURAL CONTRACTS: RENT OF RUSTIC FUNDS AND AGREEMENTS IN DEROGATION. AGRI-FOOD CHAIN. ORGANIZATIONS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS. SUPPLY CHAIN AGREEMENTS AND FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS. DISPOSAL OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND FOODSTUFFS (ARTICLE 62, LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2012, AGREEMENT IN LAW NO. 27 OF 2012). NETWORK CONTRACT IN AGRICULTURE (20 HOURS)
- AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND FOOD: CONSUMER PROTECTION. FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY, LABELING. THE PROBLEM OF WASTE IN THE AGRI-FOOD CHAIN (6 HOURS).
- AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT AND RURAL TERRITORY: MULTIFUNCTIONALITY OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE. APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGIES AT THE SERVICE OF SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE (6 HOURS).

Verification of learning
THE EXAM CONSISTS OF AN ORAL INTERVIEW.
THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAIN INSTITUTES OF AGRICULTURAL LAW AND THE PLURAL DISCIPLINE OF THE AGRI-FOOD SYSTEM.
THE FINAL MARK IS ATTRIBUTED IN THIRTIETHS.
THE EXAM IS CONSIDERED PASSED WHEN THE FINAL GRADE IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 18/30.
THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF ASSESSMENT (18/30) IS ASSIGNED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTED KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS OR SHOWS A LIMITED ABILITY TO LINK THE NORMATIVE REFERENCES TO THE CONTEXT OF STUDY.
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30/30) IS AWARDED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS OR SHOWS A REMARKABLE ABILITY TO LINK THE NORMATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT.
PRAISE IS GIVEN WHEN THE CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THE THEORETICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONTENTS AND SHOWS THAT HE IS ABLE TO PRESENT THE TOPICS WITH CONSIDERABLE OWNERSHIP OF LANGUAGE AND AUTONOMOUS PROCESSING SKILLS, EVEN IN CONTEXTS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER
