Objectives | |

THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE MODALITIES FOR REGULATING EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH LEGAL, INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE SOURCES. THEY ARE EXAMINED INSTITUTIONS THAT REGULATE THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND ANALYZED THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES AS WELL AS THE TOOLS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF LITIGATION AND EXTRA-PROCEDURAL DISPUTES. THEN THE COMMUNITY AND INTERNAL POLITICS OF THE MIGRATION PHENOMENON ARE STUDIED IN DEPTH. EXPECTED LEARNING RESULT: A) KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPECIFIC REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND SPECIAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THEIR CURRENT STRUCTURE AND THEIR HISTORICAL EVOLUTION. ANALYSIS OF THE INTERPRETATIVE PROBLEMS AND OF THE JURISPRUDENTIAL ORIENTATIONS ON THE SUBJECT. B) ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ABILITY TO CONSCIOUSLY ANALYZE THE NORMATIVE DATA, TO LINK CONNECTED PROBLEMS, TO ELABORATE ARGUMENTATIVE TOOLS TO IDENTIFY INTERPRETATIONS CONFORMING TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND TO THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES WHICH THE MATTER IS INSPIRED ALSO IN THEIR HISTORICAL EVOLUTION. C) AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT KNOWLEDGE OF A CRITICAL METHOD OF ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF NORMATIVE DATA AND OTHER SOURCES OF REGULATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. ABILITY TO AUTONOMOUSLY RE-ELABORATE THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE. D) COMMUNICATION SKILLS CAPACITY OF INDEPENDENT EXPOSURE, TO AN UNDIFFERENTIATED PUBLIC, IN A LINEAR AND CRITICAL MANNER WITH EXHAUSTIVE AND MATURE ARGUMENTATION AND AN ADEQUATE LEGAL LANGUAGE THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS CONCERNING THE SUBJECT E) LEARNING SKILLS IDENTIFICATION OF THE TOOLS AND REFERENCES TO DEEPEN THE TOPICS ANALYZED. IDENTIFICATION OF THE JURISPRUDENTIAL ORIENTATIONS IN SUPPORT OR REFUTATION OF THE PROPOSED THESES. ABILITY TO INTEGRATE SPECIFIC SKILLS WITH NORMATIVE AND DOCTRINAL ELEMENTS ACQUIRED IN OTHER BRANCHES OF LAW. |
