THE COURSE HAS THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH KNOWLEDGE IN RELATION TO THE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS IN THE COMPANY. THE INSTITUTES REGULATING THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WILL BE EXAMINED AND THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WILL BE ANALYZED, AS WELL AS THE TOOLS FOR THE PROCESSUAL AND EXTRA-PROCEDURE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. |

1) TRADE UNION ORGANIZATIONS, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, TRADE UNION CONFLICT, THE REPRESSION OF ANTI-UNION CONDUCT; 2) EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND FLEXIBLE FORMS; 3) THE TRANSFER OF THE COMPANY, THE SECONDMENT, THE CONTRACT AND THE ADMINISTRATION; 4) TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP; 5) THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE WORKER. |

THE FINAL EXAM CONSISTS OF AN ORAL INTERVIEW, WHICH TAKES ACCOUNT OF ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE LESSONS. THE EXAM ASSESSMENT CRITERIA WILL BE: 1) ABILITY TO ARTICULATE A COMPLEX SPEECH; 2) ABILITY TO EXPRESS YOURSELF CLEARLY AND WITH APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE; 3) ABILITY TO INSERT ACQUIRED NOTIONS INTO A PRECISE LOGICAL AND CHRONOLOGICAL OVERVIEW; 4) ABILITY TO SELECT DATA, MEMORIZING THE SIGNIFICANT THOSE PRECISIONALLY. THE FINAL GRADE IS AWARDED OUT OF THIRTY. THE EXAM IS CONSIDERED PASSED WHEN THE GRADE IS GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 18. |
