Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO ENABLE STUDENTS TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF THE METHODS OF REGULATING EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF THE MECHANISMS OF INTEGRATION OF THE DIFFERENT SOURCES THAT REGULATE THEM, COLLECTIVE, INDIVIDUAL AND LEGAL. THE INSTITUTIONS THAT REGULATE THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WILL THEREFORE BE EXAMINED AND THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WILL BE ANALYSED, AS WELL AS THE TOOLS FOR THE PROCEDURAL AND EXTRA-PROCEDURAL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. THE ANALYSIS OF TRADE UNION LAW WILL ALSO BE IN-DEPTH.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE STUDENT:
- WILL ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPECIFIC LEGISLATION REGULATING THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND SPECIAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THEIR CURRENT STRUCTURE AND IN THEIR HISTORICAL EVOLUTION;
- WILL ANALYZE THE INTERPRETATIVE PROBLEMS AND JURISPRUDENTIAL GUIDELINES ON THE MATTER.
ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO:
- CONSCIOUSLY ANALYZE REGULATORY DATA;
- CONNECT RELATED PROBLEMS;
- DEVELOP ARGUMENTATIVE TOOLS TO IDENTIFY INTERPRETATIONS COMPLIANT WITH CONSTITUTIONAL AND EUROPEAN PROVISIONS AND THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES WHICH INSPIRE THE MATTER.
AUTONOMY OF JUDGEMENT
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO:
- ACQUIRE A CRITICAL METHOD OF ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF REGULATORY DATA AND OTHER SOURCES OF REGULATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP;
- INDEPENDENTLY RE-ELABORATE THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO:
- INDEPENDENTLY EXPOSE, TO AN UNDIFFERENTIATED PUBLIC, IN A LINEAR AND CRITICAL MANNER, WITH EXHAUSTIVE AND MATURE ARGUMENTS AND AN ADEQUATE LEGAL LANGUAGE, THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT.
LEARNING ABILITY
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO:
- IDENTIFY THE TOOLS AND REGULATORY REFERENCES TO DELVE DEEPER INTO THE TOPICS ANALYSED, ALSO FOR THE PURPOSES OF POSSIBLY DRAFTING THE THESIS OR TO UNDERTAKE SUBSEQUENT STUDIES WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF AUTONOMY;
- IDENTIFY THE JURISPRUDENTIAL GUIDELINES TO SUPPORT OR REFUTE THE THESES PUT FORWARD;
- INTEGRATE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE WITH NORMATIVE AND DOCTRINAL ELEMENTS ACQUIRED IN OTHER BRANCHES OF LAW.

APPROPRIATE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON PRIVATE AND CONSTIUTIONAL LAW SUBJECTS

3) REGULATION OF SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS (10 H. OF LESSONS)
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE TAKES PLACE IN THE THIRD YEAR AND INCLUDES N. 108 HOURS OF LESSONS.
Verification of learning
THE FINAL EXAM CONSISTS OF AN ORAL INTERVIEW, WHICH TAKES ACCOUNT OF ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE LESSONS.
THE EXAM ASSESSMENT CRITERIA WILL BE:
1) ABILITY TO ARTICULATE A COMPLEX SPEECH;
2) ABILITY TO EXPRESS YOURSELF CLEARLY AND WITH APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE;
3) ABILITY TO INSERT ACQUIRED NOTIONS INTO A PRECISE LOGICAL AND CHRONOLOGICAL OVERVIEW;
4) ABILITY TO SELECT DATA, MEMORIZING THE SIGNIFICANT THOSE PRECISIONALLY.
THE FINAL GRADE IS AWARDED OUT OF THIRTY.
THE EXAM IS CONSIDERED PASSED WHEN THE GRADE IS GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 18.
