He attended the Lyceum, obtaining his General Certificate of Education July 1991 at classical Lyceum with the score of 60/60.He took his degree in Jurisprudence in July, 19TH 1995 at Salerno university with a total score of 110 and lode (the maximum score).In November 1997 he took part in a competition for thirty places with an oral/written proof to be admitted at the specialization School of Commercial Right at Naples, Federico II University:in 1999 october 27th he obtained the General Certificate of Commercial Right at Naples Federico II University.Since 1998 he is in fond of this subject: Institution of Private Law, and since 2001 Juridical Logiccs.Since March 2000 he succeded the qualifying examination for the lawyer activity and since 2000 April 14th, he joined the list of Lawyers in Salerno Court of Justice; since 2007 he belonged to the special list of University Teachers, on the article 11, DPR 382/1980.In 2000 he got in touch with Caterina Miraglia to develop a special program: "The international selling from its structural profiles points of view during its evolution". In 2001, May the 4th he succeded the public competition for the teaching of law into the Italian secondary schools.Since 2001 he began the research activity at the Courses of Private Right institution at Salerno University.In 2001 he won the selection for the competition in the Course of Research of International Law and Internal Right about International Affairs;in February 2005 he got the title of Researcher.In 2005, May 18th he won a competition and he got a scholarship (borsa di studio) for the Private Law, to Salerno University, Department of Law, renowed for the following year.In 2006, September 28th, he was chosen for a job as university Researcher at Salerno university, Department of Law.Since November, 1st 2007, he was researcher into the scientific sector IUS/01 (Private Law) at Salerno University, Department of Law.
