Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE TEACHING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PHARMACY AS A SOCIO-ECONOMIC SERVICE ORGANIZATION AND WITH THE ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES TO ENHANCE THE ROLE OF PHARMACY IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DOCTORS, PATIENTS AND HEALTHCARE STRUCTURES IN THE DRUG CHAIN AND IN THE BROADER CONTEXT OF HEALTH SYSTEM.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE STUDENT WILL BE CAPABLE OF APPLYING THE MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE TO PROFITABLY MANAGE THE PHARMACY UNDERSTANDING THE NEED TO COMBINE ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND THE SOCIAL SERVICE FUNCTION IN A BROADER PERSPECTIVE AIMED AT ENSURING EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE ACTIVITIES IN THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.

MAKING JUDGEMENTS
AIM OF THE TEACHING PROGRAM IS TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPACITY OF CRITICAL ANALYSIS AND FORMULATION OF JUDGEMENTS IN ORDER TO ADDRESS DECISION MAKING ISSUES IN PHARMACY MANAGEMENT.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
THE STUDENT WILL BE STIMULATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF RELATIONAL CAPACITIES NECESSARY TO EFFECTIVELY WORK WITHIN THE ORGANISATION AND TO MANAGE RELATIONS WITH EXTERNAL ENTITIES AND STAKEHOLDERS.

LEARNING SKILLS
FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE OF THE TEACHING PROGRAM IS TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES NECESSARY TO MAKE THE ENDOWMENT OF KNOWLEDGE ADEQUATE TO FACE GOVERNMENT AND MANAGEMENT ISSUES IN CONTEXTS CHARACTERIZED BY HIGH DYNAMISM.
