THE GOAL OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE THE SKILLS TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE ON FUNCTIONAL FOODS AND ORGANIC AND INTEGRATED AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES TO PLAN SUSTAINABLE CROP SYSTEMS. THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE WILL BE: KNOWLEDGE OF FUNCTIONAL FOODS AND RELEVANT LEGISLATION PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIC AND INTEGRATED FARM AND RELEVANT LEGISLATION THE MAIN SKILLS WILL BE: -THE APPLICATION OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE TO PLAN CROP SYSTEMS BASED ON ORGANIC OR INTEGRATED FARMING BASED ON THE CROP OF PLANTS FOR FUNCTIONAL FOODS. -THE APPLICATION OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE TO INTEGRATE THE PLANTS CROP WITH THE FUNCTIONAL AND NUTRITIONAL VALUE |
