THE COURSE COVERS LECTURES (80 CFU) AND CLASSROOM EXERCISES CONSISTING IN DRAFTING OF AN URBAN PLAN IMPLEMENTATION (ANNUAL PROJECT) (40 CFU). THIS PLAN MUST CONTAIN 10 TECHNICAL DRAWINGS ANALYSING THE AREA OF INTERVENTION AND 6 TECHNICAL DRAWINGS OF THE URBAN PLANNING PROJECT, AS WELL AS AN ILLUSTRATIVE TECHNICAL REPORT. THE THEORETICAL LESSONS INCLUDE ONE OR TWO SEMINARS WITH EXTERNAL EXPERTS FOR A TOTAL OF 5-6 HOURS. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR A MINIMUM OF 70% OF TEACHING HOURS. ATTENDANCE WILL BE ASCERTAINED BY GENERATING THE QR CODE IN THE CLASSROOM HALFWAY THROUGH THE LESSON. |
Verification of learning | |

THE EXAM IS INDIVIDUAL. THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES WILL BE DONE THROUGH TWO WRITTEN TESTS (ON THE FIRST MODULE AND ON SECOND MODULE - 20 MINUTES EACH PART), PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE YEAR PROJECT (10 MINUTES), A NUMERICAL EXERCISE (10 MINUTES) AND A ORAL FINAL EXAM (20 MINUTES). TO PASS THE EXAM, THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE AN UNDERSTANDING OF AND BE ABLE TO APPLY THE MAIN CONCEPTS PRESENTED IN THE COURSE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO URBAN PLANNING INDICATORS,THE PROPORTION OF A SETTLEMENT AND PLANNING SYSTEM. THE VOTE, OUT OF THIRTY WITH ANY PRAISE, DEPEND ON THE MATURITY GAINED ON THE COURSE CONTENT, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE QUALITY OF WRITTEN AND ORAL EXPOSURE. THE FINAL MARK WILL BE THE AVERAGE OF THE TWO MARKS (INTER-COURSE EXAMINATION AND FINAL EXAMINATION INCLUDING THE PROPORTIONING EXERCISE) OBTAINED. TO ACHIEVE THE MINIMUM, THE STUDENT MUST ANSWER AT LEAST HALF OF THE EIGHT QUESTIONS SUFFICIENTLY WELL. THE MAXIMUM WILL BE AWARDED IF THE STUDENT ANSWERS ALL THE QUESTIONS AND THE FINAL PROPORTIONING EXERCISE VERY WELL. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PRAISE WE WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: - THE QUALITY OF THE EXPOSURE, IN TERMS OF USING APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL LANGUAGE; - THE ABILITY OF CROSS-CORRELATION BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TOPICS OF THE COURSE AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, WITH OTHER DISCIPLINES; - THE ABILITY TO WORK IN A TEAM; - OF THE AUTONOMY OF DEMONSTRATED JUDGMENT. |
