Stefano D'ATRI Curriculum
Stefano d'Atri (Foggia 1963) is a confirmed researcher of Early Modern History in Salerno University, where he teaches Early Modern History. He is a member of the teaching staff of PhD in Italian Studies of Salerno University. Founding partner, member of the Scientific Committee and Secretary of the "University Centre for Studies and Research on the history of pasta in Italy".
He graduated cum laude in History at the University of Pisa, in 1995 he won a 10 months scholarship for Historical geography of Sardinia and Mediterranean area in Cagliari "Istituto sui rapporti italo-iberici" of CNR. In 1997 he achieved the Economic History Ph.D in Naples at the "Istituto Navale Universitario". From 2003 he is using the University funds (FARB) for research on the topic of Ragusa (Dubrovnik),the grain market and the food supply system in the Mediterranean in the early modern age. On these topics he partecipated in International Conferences and has published on national and international journals.
