Teaching Methods
EVERY LECTURE CONSISTS OF A THEORY PART - WITH PURPOSE TO THE HISTORICAL FRAME AND OF THE DESCRIPTION OF GRAPHIC PHENOMENONS - AND OF A PRATICAL PART DURING WHICH STUDENTS ARE PRESENTED WITH FAC-SIMILE REPRODUCTIONS OF SCRIPTS WHICH ARE ILLUSTRATED ONE BY ONE. THROUGH GUIDED READING OF THE PLATES STUDENTS ACKNOLEDGE THE GRAPHIC PRODUCTION AND THE PUNCTUAL SINGLE OUT OF ITS CHARACTERS. THE PURPOSE OF THE LECTURES IS TO ALWAYS CREATE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STUDENTS WHO ARE INVITED TO ASK QUESTIONS AND TO REFLECT ABOUT EVOLUTIONARY PROCEEDINGS.
Verification of learning
THE TRADITIONAL ORAL EXAM AT THE END OF THE COURSE CHECKS THE ABILITY OF THE STUDENT TO FRAME THE REACHED KNOWLEDGE IN AN OVERALL VISION AND TO COMMUNICATE IT WITH AN APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE. A FIRST AND TEMPORARY CHECK OF LEARNING STANDARDS TAKES PLACE DURING LECTURES, OF WHICH I RECOMMEND TO ATTEND.
