Rossella TRAPANESE Curriculum

Trapanese Rossella is a university researcher within the Department of Political, Social and Communication Sciences of the University of Studies of Salerno. She is a lecturer for the teaching of Social policies (6 University Credits), degree in Sociology, She is a lecturer for the teaching of Sociology of the web and of social impacts (6 University Credits), Master’s Degree in Sociology and territorial policies, University of Salerno. She is the manager of the social policies Observatory within the University of Salerno (wwww.osservatoriopolitichesociali.unisa.it). She has always worked within the social policy sector, working also for other universities on projects funded by public authorities.

For the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies she was national coordinator (with V. Belotti) of the project “For the creation and implementation of the informative systems relating to the care and protection of children and their families, part of the social services informative system" (2010-13), Carrying out the case - study and the monograph of the Campania region for the project "Experimental monitoring, assessment and diffusion project relating to governance as well as national, regional and area plans within the field of social inclusion policies" (2010-11).

Among the latest published works are reported: The ReI between complexity and network construction (magazine Qualità sociale, 2018), Trust and cooperations as activators of social sustainability (Morlacchi, 2016), Welfare: from complexity to sustainability (FrancoAngeli, 2016), Many territorial welfare systems and few guarantees for all citizens (magazine Culture e studi del sociale, 2016).

Relating to the Social Policy Observatory, she has organized many training initiatives, which can be consulted on the OPS website, and a comparison between the different actors of the local welfare systems, among the last ones: the conference "Networks open to the territory" (UNISA, 29 november 2017); the conference "The sociologist between cooperation, innovation and social sustainability", within the Week of sociology (UNISA, 18 october 2018). The last conferences in which she was a speaker are: conference "Sustainable communities and Third sector", Festival of sustainable development, with an intervention from the title "Homo homini natura amicus", (Salerno, 7 June 2018); conference "Antonio Genovesi and the economy of happiness", with an intervention from the title "The civil economy in territorial welfare configurations", (Castiglione del Genovesi, 19 May 2018); conference coordination "From Antonio Genovesi to the Second Welfare" (Camera di Commercio di Salerno, 21 March 2018); conference "A bridge for inclusion" with an intervention from the title "Institutional networks and community networks to support active inclusion" (Pagani, 8 February 2018).

The main projects she is working on are: research "40 years the italian health reform", study of all italian regions, fundend by the institute S. Pio V di Roma; research "The complexity of the assistens system in Campania", analysis of the zone plans of all the Campania area; research "The Salerno System. Light and shadows of a constantly changing city". She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Qualità sociale magazine and of the scientific journal of the University Culture e studi del sociale.
