Born in Naples on September 3, 1974.

PhD in "European Labour Law" at the University of Catania (XIV cycle).

In April 2003 he obtained a Research Fellow in Labour Law at the Research Centre on Software Technology (RCOST)-University of Sannio, Benevento (from 1 April 2003 to 31 March 2006), carrying out, even in an interdisciplinary , a search on "Labour relations in the ICT industry."

In March 2005 was Winner of the "Biagi Award", sponsored by "Marco Biagi Foundation" and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia for the best monographic research in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, concerning a collaborative activity with the Biagi Foundation and the proposed publication of the work under its necklace.

In July 2006, is the winner of the Selection procedure for filling a post of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Salerno

With effect from 1 October 2006 to date, he holds office for the teaching of Labor Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Salerno.

With effect from 1 October 2009 is confirmed in the role.

In 2008 he received the award of the teaching of Trade Union Law at the School of specialization in the legal professions of the Faculty of Law - University of Naples Federico II, limited to the academic year 2008-2009.

He has an intense teaching activity in the context of vocational training initiatives and Master programs organized by the University "Magna Graecia" of Catanzaro, University of Basilicata (Master Eumed), and the University of Salerno.

Finally, it is part of the teacher training initiatives of the Superior Council of Magistracy dedicated to the ordinary magistrates (12-16 March 2012).

Since the days following graduation, participate in educational activities and research of the former Department of Civil and Economic Law Reports-social Federico II University of Naples.

He was a member of the Editorial Board of the journal "Il diritto del mercato del lavoro”, published by ESI (Naples) and is now a member of the Editorial Board of the "Rivista Italiana di Diritto del lavoro) " published by Giuffre (Milano), as well as the magazine “Diritti Lavori Mercati”, published by Editoriale Scientifica (Naples), of which he is a member of the secretariat of preparation.
