Objectives
THE TEACHING IS DIRECTED TO THE ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE AND TO THE COMPREHENSION OF CLASSIFICATION, MORPHOLOGY AND VIRULENCE FACTORS OF THE MAIN MICROORGANISMS AND VIRUSES; OTHER THAN THE MOLECULAR BASES OF DUPLICATION, GENE TRANSCRIPTION AND PROTEIN SYNTHESIS PROCESSES.
APPLYING THE ACQUIRED SKILLS, THE STUDENT SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANALYSE AND UNDERTAKE PROBLEMS RELATED TO INFECTIVE PATHOLOGIES CAUSED BY BACTERIA, FUNGI AND VIRUSES IN HUMANS, OTHER THAN PROBLEMS RELATED TO MOLECULAR MECHANISMS OF GENE EXPRESSION, IN PHYSIOLOGIC AND PATHOLOGIC CONDITIONS
