Marcello Feola is a confirmed research professor in Public Law Institutions.
He gratuated with honours in Law at the Catholic University of Milan discussing a thesis on the "Implemantation of the sanitary reform in Campania".
He took his doctorate in Constitutional Law at the University of Bologna.
He taught Constitutional Law at the University of Molise and gave different training courses on the themes of Public, Administrative and Constitutional Law. 
He took part in some research programmes funded by the University of Salerno.
He is an expert on environmental Law and Public Administration.
He wrote essays and monographes on his research themes.
