THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE THE BASIC CONCEPTS ON CONVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES USED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF METALLIC AND NON-METALLIC PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS THE GUIDELINES FOR PERMANENT JUNCTION PROCESSES AND THE PROGRAMMING OF NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINES. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: KNOWLEDGE OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES USED IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF PRODUCTS FOR CHIP REMOVAL, PLASTIC DEFORMATION AND PERMANENT JUNCTION PROCESSES. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE TECHNOLOGY AND TO EVALUATE THE FEASIBILITY OF MACHINING BY APPLYING THE APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT: KNOW HOW TO ASSESS THE LIMITS OF THE PLANTS ACCORDING TO THE WORKING MATERIALS AND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE AVAILABLE MACHINES COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: KNOW HOW TO COLLABORATE IN A GROUP BY SUGGESTING POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO TECHNOLOGICAL ISSUES BASED ON ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE LEARNING ABILITY: BE ABLE TO APPLY AND UPDATE THE KNOWLEDGE GAINED DURING THE COURSE BY ANALYZING MACHINING CYCLES IN DIFFERENT INDUSTRIAL CONTEXTS |
