GENERAL OBJECTIVE THE AIM OF THE FRENCH LANGUAGE II COURSE IS TO PROVIDE TOOLS FOR ANALYSIS, COMPREHENSION AND LANGUAGE PRODUCTION, AT AN ADVANCED B2 LEVEL OF THE FOUR SKILLS SET OUT IN THE COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE FOR LANGUAGES. KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION SKILLS THE STUDENT WILL KNOW - THE DISCIPLINARY FOUNDATIONS OF THE FRENCH LANGUAGE WITH THE CONSOLIDATION OF PREVIOUS LINGUISTIC ACQUISITION AND THE FUNCTIONAL PROGRESSION OF ITS GRAMMATICAL AND MORPHOSYNTACTIC ELEMENTS - THE AUTOMATISMS INVOLVING THE REUSE OF PREVIOUSLY ASSIMILATED NOTIONS.
