Curriculum

Sacha Anthony BERARDO Curriculum

Sacha Anthony Berardo is from Woking, where the Martians originally landed and The Jam were formed. He now lives in the south of Italy and has been a full-time member of the academic staff of the Department of Architecture and Industrial Design at the Università degli Studi della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” since 2012. He has collaborated with the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo (CLA) of the University of Salerno, Italy since 1999 and has taught English as a second language for over 20 years on numerous Bachelor, Masters and PhD degree courses. In addition to teaching, he has been a Cambridge Assessment English Speaking Examiner since 2002 and a Team Leader since 2005. He is currently responsible for the running and organizing of the Cambridge English exams held at the CLA of the University of Salerno.

He is author of several articles and conferences papers as well as New Englishes in a New World: A Brief Introduction to Canadian English (2011) Aracne Editrice, Designing a Language Learning Syllabus (2007) Aracne Editrice, and Study & Motivation (2007) Aracne Editrice. He also translates academic papers on a wide range of subjects including psychology, engineering, architecture and economics.
