Maria Gabriella STANZIONE Curriculum

Maria Gabriella Stanzione is assistant professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Salerno (DSPSC).
In 2007 she graduated from the University of Roma Tor Vergata, Faculty of Law, with a score of 110/110 cum laude.
In 2009 she has served a six-months internship at Constitutional Court of Italy.
In may 2010 she has attended the II Colloquio Biennale dei Giovani Comparatisti "Privato, pubblico, globale nelle prospettive del diritto comparato".
In february 2011 she achieved the PHD in "Teoria delle istituzioni dello Stato tra federalismo e decentramento" (University of Salerno), with a thesis entitled "Principio di precauzione e diritto alla salute tra responsabilità del privato e della P.A.".
In 2011 she has thaught a six-months course in Comparative Private Law at Link University in Rome.
In 2012 she has attended the I Cycle of the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé at University of Strasbourg.
She is chief of the editorial board of "Giurisprudenza straniera - Leading cases", section of the Law review "Comparazione e diritto civile".
She is author of books and several articles in the main italian reviews.
Her main research interests concern Comparative Private Law, Comparative Family Law, Rights of Persons and Family, Tort Law, Information and Communication Law.
