Ruggero ANDRISANO RUGGIERI Curriculum
Ruggero Andrisano Ruggieri (Taranto, 23th August 1973). Assistant Professor in Dynamics Psychology, has hold different positions at University of Salento including the post as lecturer in Organization Psychology and Clinical Psychology. He is member of Psychology List and he is also a Specialist in Human Resources & Organization Development. He earned a PhD in Community Psychology and Training Education Models at University of Lecce. He then completed a Fellowship in Social Psychology at the University of Salento (Italy).
He was an Exchange Student. at Fordham University of New York and professor at Specialization School of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with constructivist approach in Lecce. There he has been supervising the activity and instructing in clinical education referring to arguments such as the theory of the technique of psychological intervention in different applicative contexts (psychotherapy, training, orienting, organizational advising). He has also chaired seminars regarding this subject and others alike. During those years he worked also as consultant for many international companies (e.g Ferrero, Unicredit Management Bank Group, Alitalia airlines, Meridiana airlines, Generali Group etc.).
He was visit Accademic to Institute fo Social Psychology at London School of Economic and Social Science (LSE).
Starting from questions as how the mind works, how we built the reality, how is it possible to change, his research field was particularly the Theory Models of Mind according to Psychological Culture Prospective where the Mind is conceptualizing as system of sense making. Applications of this theoretical model are addressed in Passing of Baton of Family Business, Idiographic Science, Decision Making, Methodology of Psychology Intervention, Organization Studies and Community psychology, Culture analysis, Mind and Time.
