Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
THE COURSE PROVIDES STUDENTS BOTH WITH THEORETICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE MAIN MANAGERIAL PRACTICES, THAT FORM THE BASIS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF A COMPANY, AND WITH A WIDE UNDERSTANDING OF FIRM/MARKET RELATIONSHIP

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE MAIN COURSE’S THEORETICAL CONCEPTS ALLOW STUDENTS OPERATING AS ENTERPRISE COORDINATOR AND CONSULTANT. FURTHERMORE, STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO SUPPORT THE ENTERPRISE REACHING PREFIXED GOALS OF EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY.

ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP CRITICAL ANALYSIS SKILLS IN ORDER TO MAKE JUDGEMENTS IN RELATION TO PARTICULAR COMPANY MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS.

THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS TO LEAD AND DEVELOP APPROPRIATE ACTION PROGRAMMES ABLE TO AFFORD ENTERPRISE COMPLEXITY.

DEVELOPING THE ABILITY OF THE STUDENT TO OPERATE AND UNDERSTAND REAL SITUATIONS OF THE ENTERPRISE.

Verification of learning
VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL BE MADE WITH FINAL EXAMINATION, WITHOUT INTERMEDIATE TESTS. FINAL EVALUATION WILL BE ON A SCALE OF THIRTY. FINAL EXAMINATION WILL BE ARTICULATED IN TWO TESTS: A WRITTEN AND A COLLOQUY. THE WRITTEN TEST WILL BE FOCUSED ON THE DETECTION OF THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION CONCERNING ENTERPRISE'S MANAGEMENT. THE COLLOQUY WILL BE FOCUSED ON CHECKING IN DEPTH THEORY KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATIONS RELATING TO THE COMPANY'S MANAGEMENT.
