KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE COURSE INTRODUCES STUDENTS TO THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, ANALYZING THE MAIN MANAGEMENT AREAS. THE PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON THEORIES ABOUT FIRM PURPOSES. STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO THE ABILITY TO APPLY BASIC MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS FOR SETTING AND RESOLVING BASIC MANAGEMENT ISSUES WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO PLANNING, PROGRAMMING, MARKETING MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZING, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE WILL ENABLE STUDENT TO OPERATE IN BUSINESS INSIDE. THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE ACQUISITES WILL BE: - MARKET MODELS - FINALITY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP - COMPETITIVE CONTEXT ANALYSIS - DEFINITION OF COMPETITIVE STRATEGY - ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL BALANCES ANALYSIS - MARKETING MANAGEMENT) - ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - INVESTMENT ASSESSMENT MAKING JUDGEMENTS THE MAIN ABILITIES ACQUIRED WILL BE: - CARRY OUT MANAGERIAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY - CARRY OUT CONSULTANCY ACTIVITIES - IMPLEMENT A SWOT ANALYSIS - EVALUATE ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL BALANCE - DEFINE A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY - DEFINE A BUDGET - BUSINESS PLANNING COMMUNICATION SKILLS THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS TO LEAD AND DEVELOP APPROPRIATE ACTION PROGRAMMES ABLE TO AFFORD ENTERPRISE COMPLEXITY.
