THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE IS TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH THE NECESSARY THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL SKILLS TO INTERPRET AND ADDRESS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ISSUES IN AN INCREASINGLY DYNAMIC AND COMPETITIVE SCENARIO. IN PARTICULAR, WE INTEND TO ENHANCE THE STRATEGIC ROLE OF INNOVATION AND STIMULATE STUDENTS' PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICAL SUPPORT SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT OF COMPLEX DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES. AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE AIM IS THEREFORE TO EQUIP STUDENTS WITH KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS RELATED TO: - ROLE AND FUNCTION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION AND MAIN ENABLING FACTORS (RESEARCH, NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND BIG DATA, ENHANCEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, LEARNING DEVELOPMENT); - STRATEGIES AND METHODOLOGIES FOR THE OPTIMAL MANAGEMENT OF INTRA- AND INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE FLOWS (INFORMATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT) THROUGH THE USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES; - MAIN IT TOOLS FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION (ICTS) AND FOR THE ANALYSIS OF DATA AND BIG DATA (ANALYTICS SUCH AS CLOUD, INTERNET OF THINGS, DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS ETC.) TO GUARANTEE THE CONSTANT UPDATING OF COMPANY DATA, THEIR TRANSFORMATION IN RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND, THEREFORE, POTENTIAL INNOVATION; - PLANNING OF CORPORATE STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES (SHORT AND LONG TERM) WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE CHOICES OF R&D, PARTNERSHIPS, SPIN-OFFS AND OTHER KEY LEVERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION; - MAIN REGULATORY REFERENCES REGARDING STRATEGIC PLANS FOR INNOVATION AND RESEARCH (REGIONAL, EUROPEAN). THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED WILL BE NECESSARY TO OPERATE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONS IN STRATEGIC / OPERATIONAL ROLES. AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO EVALUATE THE STRATEGIC CHOICES OF INNOVATION AND THEIR IMPACT ON MARKETING DECISIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL OF PROGRAMMING AND CONTROL MADE BY THE COMPANY. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE STUDY PROGRAM WILL ALLOW THE STUDENT TO KNOW THEORIES, TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES TO MANAGE AND IMPROVE INNOVATIONS INSIDE AND BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS AIMED AT UNDERSTANDING AND SOLVING PROBLEMS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO PRESENT AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION THE RESULTS OF HIS WORK (DOCUMENTAL ANALYSIS, REPORTING, CONTROL, ETC.), ARGUMENTATE ITS POSITIONS AND COMMUNICATE, IN A CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE WAY. ABILITY TO LEARN THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY SOLUTIONS WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC PROBLEMS, DEEPENING KNOWLEDGE THROUGH THE SEARCH FOR THE MOST SUITABLE SOURCES. THE STUDY CARRIED OUT CONSTITUTES THE METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM ON WHICH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUBSEQUENT DISCIPLINARY IN-DEPTH STUDIES MAY BE PLACED. |
