FEED INGREDIENTS (4 HOURS - 0.5 ECTS):
DEFINITION, CLASSIFICATION AND RELATIVE LEGISLATION (EU REGULATION 2017/1017) OF RAW VEGETABLE AND ANIMAL MATERIALS; NEW INGREDIENTS: ALGAE, MICROALGAE, INSECTS

DEFINITION, CLASSIFICATION AND RELATIVE LEGISLATION(EC REGULATION N. 767/2009) OF APPROVED PET FOOD ADDITIVES (6 HOURS – 0.75 ECTS):

MARKET AND STATISTICS (2 HOURS - 0.25 ECTS):
THE FEED INDUSTRY AND LOCAL AND NATIONAL FEED PRODUCTION
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 24 HOURS OF LECTURES (3 ECTS).
THE LECTURES ARE DELIVERED IN THE CLASSROOM WITH THE AID OF PROJECTIONS AND DEAL WITH ALL THE TOPICS OF THE COURSE PROGRAMME.
THE ATTENDANCE OF LESSONS IN THE CLASSROOM IS MANDATORY.
THE FREQUENCY OF AT LEAST 70% OF FRONTAL LESSONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ACCESS TO THE EXAM.
ATTENDANCE IS RECORDED ELECTRONICALLY USING THE AUTOMATIC DETECTION SYSTEM EASYBADGE.








Verification of learning
THE FINAL ORAL EXAMINATION WILL CONSIST OF IN-DEPTH QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION (20 MIN) OF THE TOPICS COVERED DURING THE COURSE.
