THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE THE BASIC SKILLS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PATHS IN BIOLOGY CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTIVES SET BY NATIONAL AND MINISTRY GUIDELINES. THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS RELATED TO THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESSES OF BIOLOGY THROUGH TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES, INCLUDING NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES. |

THE COURSE WILL TREAT THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: - MAIN METHODOLOGIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DIDACTIC PATHS RELATED TO BIOCHEMICAL CONCEPTS AS CONFLUENCE OF THE DIDACTIC PATHS OF CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY (4H FRONT LESSONS + 2H SIMULATIONS).. EDUCATIONAL PATHS ON TOPICS RELATED TO CELL BIOLOGY AND TO THE MAIN BIOMOLECULES INVOLVED IN ENERGY METABOLISM (4H FRONT LESSONS + 2H SIMULATIONS). - BIOLOGY IN SOCIETY: FROM THE CELL TO THE HEALTH OF THE INDIVIDUAL. METHODOLOGIES AND TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BIOLOGY AND SOCIETY: CELLULAR METABOLISM, NUTRITION AND NUTRITION EDUCATION FOR HEALTH. THE COURSE IS COMPOSED OF 20H OF FRONTAL LESSONS INTEGRATED BY 10H OF ACTIVITIES OF EXERCISES AND LABORATORY. THE FRONTAL LESSONS WILL SERVE TO ILLUSTRATE THE CONCEPTS CONCERNING THE CONTENT OF THE COURSE, WHILE THE ACTIVITIES OF EXERCISES AND DIDACTIC WORKSHOP WILL SERVE TO PRACTICE SUCH CONCEPTS THROUGH SIMULATIONS OF DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTAL SITUATIONS. DURING THE FRONTAL LESSONS, SEMINARIAL ACTIVITIES ON PARTICULAR TOPICS OF INTEREST FOR FUTURE TEACHERS MAY ALSO BE INCLUDED. |

THE ASSESSMENT WILL TAKE PLACE WITH A WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF 1H DURATION TO ENSURE THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONTENTS AND THE CLARITY OF EXPOSURE. THE STUDENT MUST DESCRIBE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DIDACTIC PATH FOR THE EXPLANATION OF A CERTAIN BIOLOGICAL CONCEPT OR PROCESS, ILLUSTRATING THE REFERENCE STUDENTS, THE DURATION OF THE LESSONS, THE ARGUMENTS THAT THE STUDENTS HAVE TO KNOW IN ADVANCE, HOW TO TREAT ANY SINGULARITIES (ES.
