THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH ELEMENTS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN DIDACTICS, STIMULATING AN AUTONOMOUS CRITICAL REFLECTION ON THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES IN FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL CONTEXTS. LEARNING OUTCOMES. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: AT THE END OF THE COURSE STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISCIPLINE, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE COGNITIVE, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS INVOLVED IN THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO APPLY AND INTERPRET THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED TO ENSURE A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO TEACHING, SHOWING THE ABILITY TO SOLVE THE COMPLEX PROBLEMS EMERGING FROM THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHING AND LEARNING. MAKING JUDGMENTS: AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO COLLECT AND INTERPRET DATA FOR AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES INVOLVED IN DIDACTICS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT MUST SHOW THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE INFORMATION, IDEAS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS USING THE SPECIFIC LEXIS OF THE DISCIPLINE. LEARNING SKILLS: AT THE END OF THE COURSE STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE DEVELOPED LEARNING SKILLS THAT ENABLE THEM TO DEEPEN AND FURTHER THEIR STUDIES INDEPENDENTLY. |

THE COURSE DEALS WITH THE CENTRALITY OF THE DIDACTIC ACTION IN THE TRANSITION FROM A PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE OF LEARNING TO A PEDAGOGICAL VISION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS CENTERED ON THE DIALECTICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHING AND LEARNING. IN PARTICULAR, THE MOST IMPORTANT DIDACTIC MODELS AND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS WILL BE ANALYSED, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE PLANNING, THE COMMUNCATIVE AND THE EVALUATIVE DIMENSIONS OF DIDACTICS. |
