Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

THE TEACHING INTRODUCES STUDENTS TO THE MAIN ORGANIZATIONAL THEORIES, REVISED IN THE LIGHT OF THE CURRENT ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL CONTEXT IN WHICH FIRMS WORK; STUDENTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE ESSENTIAL GROUNDING FOR THINKING THROUGH AND GRASPING ORGANIZATIONAL PHENOMENON TOGETHER WITH THE TOOLS WITH WHICH TO MANAGE THE KEY ISSUES OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE TO THE FIRMS IN THE MANUFACTURING, COMMERCIAL AND SERVICES INDUSTRIES AND TO NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
THE STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE ABILITY TO MAKE INDEPENDENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE JUDGMENTS REGARDING ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES, ALSO THROUGH THE ATTENDANCE TO PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING ACTIVITIES.

THE COURSE MEETS THE COORDINATION ISSUES IN THE LABOUR DIVISION PROCESS. INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND COMPANY DIMENSIONS WILL BE STUDIED. CHANGE MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE.
