Steinhardt Doctoral Dissertation Grant
The Doctoral Dissertation Grant competition provides support up to $1,000 for the completion of the dissertation. Doctoral candidates with approved dissertation proposals, and in good academic standing, are invited to apply for the grant to support data collection directly related to their dissertation work. Proposals are judged by a Grant Panel that consists of NYU professors on the basis of their scientific merit and feasibility, and they are scored in order to determine the winner(s).
